If you've never used a mortgage broker before it is a very different experience. Customer service is missing from a lot of our lives and we don't even know it. Compared to my experience with a chain bank on my first house is like the difference between a car dealer and a Spa. It's makes you feel good to know that 1. Their reputation is good and 2. That they will continue to serve you both during and after the process. and not just to maintain that reputation but I feel like they really care.

Clifford is fantastic. He kept cool when I was starting to panic. Answered questions that my realtor was unable to. And was there every time I had a question.
