In all the years I have come in contact with mortgage lenders on purchase or refinancing I have never worked with anyone that made me feel as comfortable working with them totally trusting in their knowledge and advice. Previously worked with Craig no the purchase of my home and I can tell you same experience. Very customer driven and friendly and very good person as well. Craig and his team are always great to work with. They are very organized, proactive, and responsive when I have questions or issues. He's always patient walking through the numbers to determine the best option and break even analysis. Even though I hate it for him, he's always willing to talk into the evening or on weekends. He and his team are very committed. Craig is my first call when I need I need financing or am considering re-financing our home or rental properties.
