This is the first time purchasing a home on my own. Over the years I have heard how difficult of a process this is. With Craig and his team the process was relatively easy. Yes there were extra steps I had to take but in no way did I ever feel that the sale would not go through. I just sent my younger brother and sister-in-law to him for a refinance!

Craig, and his Assistant Lindsay, were always available to answer any questions. In addition, they were both prompt in their replies, either by email or phone. In short, they were very professional. We met Craig for the first time in person at the closing. Even though it was our initial meeting, Craig made us feel like we were old friends. He was very thorough in explaining the paperwork and made my wife and I comfortable with the process. Our experience with Craig was fantastic!
