I contacted Craig end of October 2020 and closed on 2/22/21. I 1st faxed info to Heather on 11/7/2020 and December came and went I called her and it sounded like she didnâ??t remember ever talking to me. We went back and forth getting paperwork done. I talked to Craig twice both times I called him to tell I was upset. I met Craig on the closing day only for him to stick his head in and say hello. I really feel like Heatherâ??forgotâ?? about our loan in the beginning.

My updated review is changed to: Was very pleased when Craig went through each of the numbers twice with us. He showed my wife and my wife showed me that we should expect about $3,600 back from Escrow Account. That is what convinced me to sign. We got the check today and it was only for $1,800. Yes, I am unhappy with this. After Craig got on the phone with my wife they seem to figure out it was at the year end for Insurance and somehow starting a new year took the other $1,800. Bullsnot. It was just stressful. Nothing to do with the people we dealt with they were all pleasant and attentive. But the number of documents and information requested was daunting

There were several things that seemed to be dropped. The closing was supposed to be on November 15th, but the appointment wasn't scheduled until a week out and we had to move the date because they were full. Last minute we also discovered a survey needed to be completed and we almost couldn't get this taken care of. Good communication along the way, but it seemed like some balls got dropped last minute.
