After being denied a loan from a different lender, due to having a unique income situation, our realtor recommended Blake. Blake's and his team were able to take over very quickly and work with our unique situation. He was very thorough and friendly when explaining the process to us. He was able to get us closed just shortly after our original closing date, which was amazing, since the other lender had been taking much longer.
