Robert Gertge (Bob as we call him) has always taken such good care of my husband and me. Anything from treatment of ear/nose/throat problems, to analyzing lab work, to freezing of certain skin lesions, Bob handles it very professionally and with great care and knowledge. We drive 40 minutes (from Brigham City) to get excellent care from Bob. I highly recommend him for Primary Care!
PA-Gertge he's very kind very professional. He seriously takes the time to really listen to what his patient is telling him, he will treat you physically and emotionally if needed. He gives you options, suggestions and figures out what is best to really help you. He actually listens to what you tell him. He's MA Stephanie is wonderful and kind. They’re the best! The doctor, the staff, are amazing, kind and very helpful. They take the time to go over questions, your concerns, they’re very informative, and they listen. PA Gertge, and his sweet nurse are fabulous.
Bob really is a good listener, even if at times it doesn't seem like he is, he will reiterate back to you what you have said as he understood you to say it. He handles several medical issues that I deal with and always calls within the time he says he will to give you the results of your tests. (His staff calls most of the time, but he has called too) I can always get an appt with him within 24-48 hours of my calling to get one sometimes I can get in on the same day! Dr Gertge was awesome. It was the first time I had seen him as my Dr was not in and he was wonderful and calming during the procedure I had done.
