I am selling my membership for $4,995 or B.O. we bought it for $6,400. I have a new baby on the way and my wife and I will not be able to use the membership as we would like too. I have it listed at campground membership outlet or contact me. Maintenance fees paid up to October 2014.

This isn't a resort it's a camp ground. I rate this a 5 star camp ground and a 2 for Resort.
