We have always loved this dentist! My kids love the pediatric side and my 16 year old always has a good experience on the general side. I am very disappointed to say that because my son missed 2 appts in November because of short notice cancelations due to him having covid the office just informed us that he is being dismissed from the practice. We have not missed other appts and I did call and let them know that he had covid. I have 4 children that are seen there. Two of which have braces. We now have to switch to somewhere... read more
3 months ago when I made my kids dentist appointment I changed my phone number. they never saved it apparently and when I made the 45 minute drive to take my kids in today after leaving work and taking my kids out of school, they tell me that my appointment has been canceled. Apparently it doesn't matter if you have filled out the email they send you. All they offered me was another appointment in February. I'm finding another dentist for my kids and will never recommend this dentist ever again.
RecommendedThey state they specialize in treating children with sensory disorders and then they shove a nitrous mask on their face until they panic and fight them and then refuse to treat them or their siblings because the parent wasn't happy with their "care." There is no care at this place. save yourselves and your children the pain of dealing with this pediatric horrible dental practice whose EGO is more important than the CARE of the communities children!! If I could give them 0 stars I would, they don't deserve even a half star...
Their orthodontist department has very poor customer service . someone is only in office 1 to 2 days a week which makes getting an appointment nearly impossible without being pushed out 5 to 6 weeks . Not fair to customers whom you have already collected the payments for , for their phase . it wasn't like this when we started going here but now seems that patients pay for the fact that they only have a part-time orthodontist.
lied about taking my insurance then charged us a crazy amount for doing nothing
