I have been part of the Gexa family for several years now. I have NEVER had an issue that they didn't IMMEDIATELY go about finding a solution too. The one time I allowed myself to fall for the unbelievably amazing offer from another provider - my bill tripled in the amount owed. I got outta there as fast as possible. Haven't even had a stray thought when I receive calls now. They have a customer for life right here. And I tell everybody I can to check Gexa out!
