I love these guys. They are friendly, patient, and even do short/small runs inexpensively for the most nitpicky and difficult of clients....I'm a designer and am super happy I found them.

If you are a school, this place is a gift. These guys are efficient, turn jobs around faster than you can say "PTSA", and they DELIVER! Send them a pdf of your project and you never even have to set foot in the place. I don't mind their 4pm closing -- they DELIVER! I've produced student directories for my son's elementary school for the past 2 years (800 copies, next day turnaround). I told my daughter's school about G & H, and they're converts.

When I found out about G & H, it seemed too good to be true. They do excellent work for the absolute lowest prices in town. In our business we frequently need to have hundreds of color copies, either 8.5x11 or 11x17. I won't tell you what price G & H gives us but it is way, way, WAY better than Kinko's! Very good service and they'll go out of their way to accommodate you.

Walked in to ask about printing out a resume. 5 printers sitting around with printed paper. 2 guys sitting there doing idk what, but told me no I couldn't print a resume. Maybe I would have printed in bulk or in multiples, but they didn't even ask. Just straight no. So no I don't recommend a place that turns down people, when they could have made some money. I almost called the police and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on the owner of this store. He verbally assaulted me because I was unaware of a set up cost for my printing job. He called me an ASS over and over again and screamed at me numerous times. I should have called 911. Was absolutely ridiculous. I was never impressed with his customer service but he offers low cost printing. I would rather pay double the price than deal with such an insulting man. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Take forever to email back, so I called and left a message. Finally got through and ordered a printing job. They were very curt and unpleasant. I call again and email again to get the same thing printed and they say "no, we don't want to do this job." And hung up on me. I was nothing but pleasant to them. Very disappointed. Only good thing is they're so cheap.

I have used them several times for jobs, because I'd rather support a local business than Kinkos, but the attitude I got from the owner was such a bummer that I can't give them my business, and tell friends to go elsewhere. The owner charged me $5 to print 2 b&w 8.5"x11" pieces of paper, because apparently that is their shop minimum (not posted anywhere). After reading all of the great reviews I went to G&H to get my business cards printed. They told me that they would call me the next day but never did. After waiting two days I went back to them to find that they'd printed them out but hadn't cut them. Which is understandable, people get busy what can you do. When I went back later to pick up my business cards they were finished but were all cut slightly off center, which made all of the text look wonky. I was trying to use this print shop for business card printing based on the outstanding yelp reviews. However, I was totally frustrated by its lack of response. In order to save time and make the process more efficient, I used the G and H online quote form to start the job.I received a confirmation e-mail stating that they received my inquiry.
