They sold my daughter a car that should not been allowed off the lot. The engine is gone, the oil poured out to ground straight through. The brakes are almost none existing. The driver’s window is not working. She had to pat out of pocket to pay for the car to get towed to Norfolk. The still didn’t fix it properly and my daughter doesn’t feel safe driving this vehicle. They blocked my real fb for calling them out. Kelly blue book every single car before buying you are literally paying 3-4x not even including interest then you are talking about 7-10x the value of the car at the end of the loan. There’s plenty dealerships who are honest with low credit buyers on car price that will give you the same or better APR. each car is Kelly blue booked at 600-1500 mostly because of mileage . they sellin them for 5-9k 😂😂😂

They lack in Updating your contact information so if you ever come to a time that you didn’t make your payment and they couldn’t get in contact with you yeah and two they are located in Norfolk Virginia and finance in Richmond Virginia so if you get your car repo you have to go to Norfolk to get your car you will be better off finding a car somewhere else

This place…. Never judge a book by its cover. You will end up paying almost triple… and they pick and choose the customer!!!!
Little reminder not too go to G&H auto sales, not only did they sell me a car without a bolt for my brake, all of the other ones were also loose. They also put a fake inspection sticker on the car that did not match the paperwork that was given with the car.
