They were thorough in diagnosing the problem, estimating the work and letting me know exactly what was wrong and how they planned to repair it. Requested a quote for a garage a couple of months ago. They came out to our home, had the concrete people come out, and had me go to the county to get the plat map of our property. My husband and I have called several times to check the status of the quote and no one will call us back. If you weren’t interested in our business, letting us know up front would have been great instead of telling us there has to be meetings with the electrician and we will receive a call and still no call.
