I was excited to try Giana after hearing good reviews and reading positive feedback. However, my experience was just okay. The food was fine, but nothing outstanding. The tables were cramped and close together, which makes for an uncomfortable experience when dining out. I found the ambiance and decor cold and lacking any personality. Would I go back? Maybe, but not any time soon when there are other options to choose from.

Food was good, but when we got there we were told that they had a table time limit because they were busy, which was very surprising. Maybe they should not over book?????? Reminded me of the Covid era where time limitation where implemented.

I have really loved this place since it opened however I have noticed a decline in the quality of food and service since it has been opened. Meals are hit or miss and so isn't the quality of the service staff.
Drinks are watery but the service was fantastic! Our dinner consisted of fresh made pasta which was very good.

Food was good. The ceasar salad had a different taste..like there was another ingredient in the dressing that I haven't had in other Ceasars. Probably wouldnt get it again. The service was good. Not a fan of the valet parking out front. The parking is literally right out the door. Valet doesn't even make sense.
We had a four-person high top table on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.. the restaurant was very full but service was excellent and the drinks and meals exceeded our expectations as well.

This was our second time to Giana’s. Service was great. We had told the waitress we had plans and needed to be out at a certain time. She was on top of it and made sure we were good! Affogatos for dessert were delicious!!!!
Mia was such an amazing server providing an excellent brunch experience for us first thing on a Saturday. We hope to visit Mia again soon!
