It was a busy day with graduation season. Grace is necessary for some of the small mishaps. Staff just needs to be more assertive/direct with patrons.
Beautiful restaurant , food was very expensive , we started with sushi which i was not a fan of, i had their pesto pizza which lacked flavor, hubby had the buccatini pasta which he enjoyed
We were there for a special occasion. The bar service was great but table service was horrible. We were seated 45 minutes late. Waitress was VERY inattentive. She spoke to her table of friends and neglected us and her other tables. When she did come by we felt rushed. Certainly not the relaxing time we wanted.
Gianas has quickly turned into one of my favorite restaurants. However, this last visit left something to be desired food wise. I get the chicken piccata almost every time, but this time it was just bland and not that great. My husband LOVED his burger. We will definitely be back. We know restaurants can have an off night. I’m sure next time it will be better. Even though my meal wasn’t great, the overall service was top notch.
We have been to Giana three times now and have been very pleased on all occasions. The waitstaff are incredibly kind and energetic. The manager came over to our table to say hello which was nice. The food has been delicious; we’ve dined on the steak tips, scallops, short ribs and even the burgers. You can’t go wrong and will enjoy your experience from start to finish.
Overall, a very positive experience at Giana’s. Great atmosphere, food/drinks & service. I would definitely go back again!
My family and I went to Giana Restaurant for my birthday last night. The food was outstanding. Our server, Maggie, was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.
Server was awesome (sorry cant remember her name), food was creative and really good. Really interesting (in a good way) decor. Only downsides: parking is really limited and it's loud. That said we would definitely go back.
