There was no waiting for my appointment . The dental assistant took me in a timely manner. She is a very knowledgeable of her skills, friendly, explaining everything she was doing. I returned back to the office for Dr Gies could work on my tooth which had broken in half. He fixed it the same day. Very kind and friendly staff. I give them an A+.
