OUTSTANDING! This review is from our experiences from last spring 2023 and this current spring. All of our dealings with this company through Nancy has been outstanding. She has answered all questions without hesitation and has offered hints and suggestions on how to give our plants the best care. I was very happy with my purchase of a Persian lime tree from this site. My tree showed up via FedEx and was in great shape. It took a few days for them to ship, but it does say right in your order confirmation that they will wait for favorable weather if possible to ship, and I did order in early March. Tree showed up full and healthy with blooms, and has done great in my house. I have already recommended Lemon Citrus tree to others!
We got a 4-5 old lemon tree, came nicely packaged and has been great so far! They give great directions and care. So happy I found them! Picture is from straight out of the box
Nice satsuma trees. They were well wrapped and in deep pots. There has been a ton of new healthy growth. Just a few more days and I can get them into their forever home. I will order from them again!
I received my Meyer Lemon Tree around two weeks after purchasing - the tree arrived in a broken FedEx box, the pot it was in was cracked so all soil had moved around, and the tree itself was snapped in two places. Once on the main stem, another on a high branch. I reached out to support and they requested information for a FedEx claim that they noted would take about 3 weeks to fulfill (seriously?).
