The staff at Gilbert Dental Group is always friendly, professional, and efficient! I actually enjoy my visits. Dr. Gilbert and the staff take care of my whole family, and my kids love going to get their teeth cleaned.
I do like to go to the dentist. However my husband and I moved and I was overdue for a cleaning appointment. It was scheduled and I could find no way to get out of it. I go in “shaking like a leaf” and to my surprise I was immediately put at ease by everyone with whom I came in contact. It was great! Even the doctor was wonderful and treated me like an old friend. I was very pleased with the services I received and almost look forward to going back. An excellent practice 👍

I have been impressed with my dental group ever since they bought out the practice from my retiring dentist, Dr. Jim Bolt. I am very particular about my doctors and I have been so pleased with the care I get from Drs Gilbert and their staff. My son even drives from Gastonia to come back to Greenville to continue as a patient. He is convinced that he could not get this level of care in Gastonia, NC.
I just can't say enough good thing about all my visits. Everyone is always so friendly and professional and they make me feel very comfortable.

DR Gilbert and Joanne are the best! They make you feel at ease and are some of the friendliest people I've met. They try to get to know you on a personal level. I Like that.
