Great office!
My experience with The Gilbert Dental Group was excellent. They bent over backwards to schedule my appointment as quickly as possible and the results were wonderful. Thanks to Dr. Gilbert and each staff member. The entire staff does an excellent job.
JoAnn and Dr. Gilbert have been taking great care of me for almost ten years now. We have both come a long way as I had not had regular dental service for about 15 years prior (my own fault). I've always been impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and accolades.
I started with this group when Dr. Bolt had the practice. I loved them then and love them now! I never liked going to the dentist but Dr. Bolt changed that and Dr. Gilbert stepped right in and didn't miss a beat! Everyone is wonderful and I highly recommend making an appointment!!
The girl who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job. My neck was very uncomfortable at first but when I told her she immediately adjusted the chair and everything was fine. Little did I know when I went in for an emergency visit. First one in 20 years at Dr. Gilbert's by the way . The only thing he could do or recommend was to extract a tooth. I was only in office one hour and was out with very little discomfort.
Everyone is friendly and kind. JoAnne is great - makes you think you're the only one in the world when she's working with you. Interested in your life and remembers details from the past. I do miss Fronda's smiling, friendly "Hello!" when coming in the door.
