Best program. I started this journey last April. I made the conscious decision that I was not going on a diet, I was making a life-style change. I also decided I am not going to lose the weight, because I have no intentions of ever finding it again. Instead, I got rid of the weight, destroyed it. So no one else could find it either 😉. A year later I have destroyed 102.5 pounds and shrunk 51.25". I am a success and an overcomer! I finally believe in me. TOGOBETHEGLORYALWAYS
The dietician is wonderful. She is so very thin that initially I felt awkward...., and yet she's not a judger of the fat folks. She simply says that everyone is on their own journey. Truth. We also laugh and joke around at my weekly appointments. It's a visit that I look forward to.. even though it's a 30 min drive. Anyway, I'm beginning week 4, and I've reduced my weight by 16 pounds.
I've lost 48 lbs so far!! Still losing. Love the staff so friendly. ��
