We just wanted to take a moment to thank Gina and her team for a job well done. We purchased our house in June of 2007, at what turned out to be the market peak for our area.it took this long to find a refinance lender that would work with us. We have bought and sold five homes in the Northwest over the last 20 years. This was by far the smoothest transaction that we have been a part of. We will be sending our friends and family to Gina for the same excellent results.

Gina and her team were excellent to work with! Being first time buyers, my fiance and I were intimidated by the home buying process- Gina's team held our hands throughout the process, communicating early & often with us! It was a pleasure working with GIna and her team Jordan, Jessica, and Bethany. All were quick to respond to our questions, gave us regular status updates, and helped make this new and complex process of purchasing a home so easy! They even provided us with a gift of packing tape and moving tips, plus provided us with a booklet which compiled copies of all our of documents.
