GREAT Attorney, If you wanna waste your money, and end up with nothing :) I don't think any amount of negative words can possibly put into accurate depiction just how awful this woman and her staff are. They do NOT return calls or emails. But they will read your emails and bill you for them, despite not replying. She does not keep you up to date on your case. Worst Lawyer Yet... Gina and her paralegals do not listen to your concerns or answer any questions you may have. They choose, in my case, to go down avenues that I had not asked nor wanted to explore. After having Mrs. Costello remover herself from my case I am worse off than when I originally hired her. The reason she chose to remove herself was the fact that I had brought up our complete lack of communication and the confusion that it was causing. DO NOT HIRE GINA M. COSTELLO (I only gave 1 star, because you need to give a star. Other than that, she deserves NO STARS)I do not recommend this attorney for anyones family cases. My father was told that Gina Costello had many years of experience, yet she was being beaten in court by a rookie attorney. My dad has been nothing but embarrassed in court and she has not communicated with him at all about any of the information. WISH WE WOULD HAVE NOT WASTED OUR TIME OR MONEY!!! AWFUL LAW FIRM. I DO NOT even know where to begin..... We went into that office desperate and blind folded. Gina and Elizabeth do not take their clients best interest at heart. They hardly did anything for me after i paid a retainer than said i owed them more money when i never recieved a bill. Do NOT HIRE GINA M. COSTELLO! Gina and her staff are incredibly rude and hostile from the beginning. She seems to have forgotten that the client is employing her. In addition, she is accusatory and creepy. I think that she would definitely prey upon people who are in a vulnerable position. Luckily I did not hire her because she was such a fool that she was rude before she got my money. I do not need her because I am not in a desperate position. please don't hire gina costello an extremely poor experience overall. gina preyed upon me when i was at my lowest point, drained me of money, and then tossed me away. i lost my children because of this woman. don't take my word for it though, go down to the courthouse and ask around. she's horrid and has a dismal reputation.

DO NOT HIRE HER!!!! Gina and her staff are very unprofessional and extremely ineffective. I invested a lot of time and money before I decided to find another lawyer. Please do not make the same mistake. Working with her made an emotional experience much worse than it needed to be.
