Gina was our 2nd loan officer. There was poor handoff from old to new loan officer. We were put on the spot to go with KBHS due to poor communication by the sales agent. Gina eventually got management to match the offer of our preferred lender but still unhappy for we could've received an even lower rate. Gina seemed empathetic to our situation but we felt like the damage was already done.

Gina was an amazing Loan Officer. I originally got with her even before I won the lottery to buy my house and she made me feel so comfortable with the process I already had favored buying a KB Home (and staying with KBHS) because of her. During the process Gina left and rejoined the company and KB switched me to another Loan Officer.
