First of all, the reason I only gave a 5 on would I recommend Gina is because she works for KBHS Home Loans and I would certainly not recommend KBHS Home Loans to anyone. However, if they were to use KBHS Home Loans, then I would recommend they have Gina as the Loan Officer because of her: expertise in the field; ability to communicate well and in a timely manner; and, concern for her clients.
