KB homes broke me emotionally, by having us work with a Loan Originator for 7 months then just one day got an email that she no longer works for the company (would've like a better explanation seemed kind of fishy). This LO told us that we qualified for two homes and guided us to sale our home, get new jobs, and move our 2 adult children to LV from WA. Once gone our preapproval wasn't "approved". This is not about Gina. It's about the superintendents. We closed yesterday and when we went to the house the garage was so dirty the oven was not fixed the touch up paint was not done empty water bottles were all over the front yard the attic door was open the lock in the master bedroom toilet was reversed. The circuit breaker door was open. Gina maybe you can help us who we could file a complaint? We were so disappointed. We thought that KB Home builders were so good.

We are in the house and still don’t have the remote controls for the garage. I was told to pick up the keys for the house but no one was there and I had to wait outside for an hour.
