You and your company went above and beyond what was required. I have had mortgages with other companies and ABM is by far the best I have dealt with.
As most are a novice at home buying, setting time aside to throughly explain the loan options and what would work best for the borrower would be helpful. It often feels like the conversations occur between the realtor and the mortgage company but the realtor is not going to be paying the mortgage, the buyer is.
