In the long run, it was great. However, we were certainly "thrown" when we thought our closing was in a few days, and we discovered that the paperwork hadn't been submitted. Rebekah (our realtor) took full responsibility for the error, but we'd been in contact with Ginny and had received the package containing moving materials (which was a nice surprise). Ginny and her team were so easy to work with during the process. My aunt is not computer savvy, so I handled getting Ginny and her team the documentation they needed to complete the process. When it comes my time to purchase a home, I will definitely go through Ginny for my loan.
