This was only my second house purchase in the USA, having been raised overseas. Ginny was amazing at answering all of my crazy questions and explaining things fully when I did not understand. The process was fast and smooth going. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
Everything was great and we loved how the team worked with us, especially as we rotates through different houses. The only hiccup was when we received an email just a couple hours before closing asking for an updated employment verification letter. It would have been nice to get that at least 24 hours prior to closing.
Your team is very helpful, and they were with me every step of the way. Some of the upfront fees (closing costs) were higher than some other banks. The interest rate was very competitive. I will recommend Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group to anyone buying a house that is willing to spend a little more for customer support.
