Atlantic Bay Mortgage stayed with us through a rather difficult closing process where the seller was not prepared to close properly. They extended the closing date three times and took the extra time and effort to ensure we successfully closed on the property.
I am very pleased with my experience with Ginny Phillips and her entire team. The process was very easy, along with much guidance and access to help when needed.
The process was fairly smooth and streamlined. My husband did most of the communication and dealt with the paperwork, but as he kept me up to date, it went easily and the whole loan process took less time than I anticipated.
