Everyone at Atlantic Bay was fantastic; very responsive and ready to help in anyway needed.
I had a mortgage company. When I got a contract they gave me a rate that was way outside my Credit score. They said “ just give us a counter and we will beat it.” Ginny with Atlantic Bay not only have me a fantastic rate, she gave me respectable service and an easy transaction!! Can’t remember the name of that other mortgage company but I have already referred two friends and my Son to Ginny for their mortgage needs. GREAT!
