Susan Duty was an absolute delight. She was professional, she was responsive and she was helpful (all the time!). Ms. Duty made the whole mortgage application process understandable. She did a thorough explanation of the myriad of forms I had to sign or initial when in her office. Her thoroughness was invaluable when I had to go to the attorney's office for closing. I was able to use the explanations she gave earlier to understand many of the forms necessary for closing. Give her a raise!!
