Giovany was pleasant to work with and I liked how he walked me through the steps. The app was not too user friendly. One reason was I had to keep sending G paperwork that I had already downloaded and the app said they got it but he did, so I had to keep sending repeated forms. But in all Giovany was great to work with. The only thing I would change is have the company do more of the work for what they charge Giovany gets an A+ in my book.
