It was great to work with the Zenith team when purchasing our first home. The team was there with us every step of the way and was in constant communication with us about what we needed to get done and where things were at, and that was very helpful. The only piece of feedback I have is to clarify signing disclosures. Since we were under contract on multiple homes, the disclosures varied from home to home and we weren’t sure if we needed to sign all or just one set. Overall great job though!
