Thats my 2nd home purchase with Giuseppe and his team , both times at the beginning I felt comfortable , they checked all papers , documents and history then they start the process , if you going to tell them everything about your financial life they will let you know at the beginning if you will get what you looking for or not , I was sure that I will get the home on the time, they informed me about the final under writer approval a week before closing ,thats make myself and family very happy.
I really can't say enough about Giuseppe and his team. As a first time home buyer they really took the time to make sure I had a firm understanding of all my options. They have a level of attention to detail that surpassed at if my expectations. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.
