They were very transparent with us from the very beginning, and laid everything out so that it was easy to understand. We are first time home buyers, and I highly recommend Hallmark for anyone who wants a compassionate team to make the process easier and more enjoyable. We have nothing but great things to say, and we are so grateful for all of their help!
Giuseppe was accommodating to our schedule and very good at explaining every mortgage detail so we weren’t left with questions after our first meeting. Giuseppe’s team laid out all of the expenses in a total cost analysts so we didn’t have any surprises at closing. We actually closed on our house lower than expected, giving us more cash to spend on move improve projects.
Giuseppe and his team were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He even made accommodations to meet with us after standard business hours which was a huge plus in our eyes. Giuseppe took the time to explain all of our options to help us understand the best loan for us. The closing process went smooth just as promised. Overall it was a great experience.
