The entire team was great to work with. They were very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. Our only frustration was with the overall loan process which may have been related to the 2nd loan/lender. Each time we thought we had completed all required forms, we would get a request for one or two more. At one point we were asked to upload a W2 that we had already uploaded two weeks before.
