The customer service was great. Communication along the whole way and really easy to get in touch with someone quickly if we had a question. We always knew where we were along in the process and what was coming next.

Giuseppe was accessible, knowledgeable, flexible and informative. Opportunity was with his team after the offer accepted. We questioned some of the numbers from the initial quote to what it came down to at closing and they couldn't really answer the questions and left it unanswered. That team in general was a hurry up and wait mentality (I get it, it's a condensed time frame) and didn't exemplify the adjectives above like Giuseppe did.
The communication of what needed to be filled out specifically along with instructions. The help preparing letters of explanation was also appreciated. The video explanations that were sent were also a nice touch that made things seem easier to understand.
