The level of communication and answered questions was fantastic from Giuseppe and every one involved on his team. Every thing was done online or via phone. I never had to leave the house. Evan the closing was done at my house. All costs were given to me up front, without any upfront charges and a guarantee they will not be more. At closing they came in $200.00 LESS than the estimate. Costs were around $1,500.00 less than I had previously paid in the past on a refi with other company's.
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
The level of communication was well beyond expectations, based on past dealings with other companies. When my husband suggested refinancing our mortgage, I was reluctant because it's such a hassle, and I just wasn't sure it would be worth the headache. Well we were able to get a lower rate, lower monthly payment, get the mortgage insurance removed, pay off some debt and still take some cash out for home improvement. And the process with Guiseppe's team was much easier than I have experienced.
