Once all the paperwork went through, the process was very muddled and communication was poor. We had no communication for closing even to the day we were supposed to close and when we called we were told our closing was pushed back due to documents we didn’t submit. Come to find out, we had submitted everything but there was a miscommunication on the teams side that pushed things back. Love Giuseppe and his team and would still recommend, but the communication this go round was lacking.
