Giuseppe and Ryan took the time to explain all of our options, and we ended up with a mortgage we hadn't expected (in a good way as we discovered a more financially positive arrangement with more equity). When our appraisal came in unexpectedly low, they fought hard to get us a correct price, which saved our sale. They were NEVER pushy or sales-y, just gave us the information we asked for.
The refinance process was totally smooth with not even a blip of problem or issue. Completely happy!
