This is a great business concept. Store your stuff and use the garage as a garage to work in. 24hr access to the garage and the facility clubhouse. I was happy to find an opening there! The staff has been friendly and the upfront paperwork part was made easy.

GaragePlus has been a perfect solution for our small business needs. The units are like a mini-warehouse providing all the key pieces (electric, internet hook-up, 24/7 access, etc) allowing us to run an effective business. Even more importantly is the friendly staff who have made us feel very welcome from the first day we started our lease. I appreciate how open they are when we bring anything to their attention.
