I always appreciate the patient, and kind way I am treated by all the staff at Glastonbury Dental. Add to that their skill and concern, and you've got a winning combo. They do their best to accommodate emergencies and carefully assess the situation and clearly explain the options. I have also been pleased with the quality of the other professionals they refer me to (eg. oral surgeon).
Mary always does a super job in the tooth cleaning dept! Dr. Matt is the best. How can anyone chip and sand off an old cap and replace it with a new one and not feel any pain? Dr. Matt did it--He tops in my book!!!!
Admittedly, I have a fear of most dental work, even some trepidation with cleanings. However, everyone from the front-desk staff, hygenists, assistants, and dentists all make you feel at-ease and well-informed. I have never had a negative experience here and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the Glastonbury area.
Reception is always friendly; the wait for my appointment is minimal. Lauren always puts me at ease and gives me her full attention - Dr. Scoles is always professional and very pleasant. I am a regular and am happy with the services I receive.
there are many reasons to use Glastonbury Dental but here are a few: 1. when you enter the office you are made to feel welcomed, 2. waiting room is light, plenty of seats and space; like the travel magazines 3. my personal dental hygienist, Mary, knows me and always explains what she is doing and encourages me to ask questions 4. when my treatment is over, I escorted to the desk to make sure my records are accurate, finalize my bill and next appointment. Overall everyone works as a team
I love Glastonbury Dental. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Scoles is wonderful. He is kind, professional, and always provides excellent care.
It has been a couple of years now with this practice. Over that time, every person from the office staff to the dental assistant, dental hygienist and dentist have been professional and caring. I needed extensive work done and now for the first time in my life, I like my smile.
Carol as laways was very good. I have enjoyed my visits over that past twenty+ years. today the cavity was removed and replaced as alway done efficiently Dr Scoles and his staff have always provided great service. As we retire and move away, I would like to thank everyone we have dealt with at Glastonbvury Dental for the services and care they have provided me over the years. Thank you. Steve c onnelly
