From the folks on the phone, to the text and e-mail reminders, to the (absolutely) no wait, the service is off the charts. The caring staff and personal attention blow me away. I would never go anywhere else.
As a former patient, I had to come back to Glastonbury dental when I moved back to CT after retirement. Dr. Susat is an excellent dentist and has the ability to put his patients at ease when many people fear going to the dentist. I travel over 30 minutes and it is always a pleasure to be greeted by his office staff and his incredible nurse, Denise!
I really like coming to this office... as much as someone can like going to the dentist, which I typically dread. Lauren is a great hygienist, and seems very knowledgeable. Dr Scoles is very friendly, and a true professional.

My experience was excellent. My hygienist was through, gentle and enjoyable to chat with. When the hygienist finished cleaning, my teeth were totally cleaned . I was very pleased.
I had an emergency and called the office earlier on the day of my appointment to say I had to be somewhere at a certain time. When I arrived, the front office, hygienist and Dr. Susat all made sure I was finished and out of the dentist chair in plenty of time.
Going to GDA for over 15 years very professional and they schedule for on time appointments. No waiting 20 minutes or so.
I was very satisfied with Kelsey, my teeth felt fully clean.
I have been a patient of Dr. Marc Scoles for over 5 years. I consider him the best dentist I have ever gone to. I began experiencing dental issues in my 50's and early 60's and should have switched dentists sooner that I actually did. I mistakenly thought my issues were typical of people my age or part of the aging process and lost or had to have several of my teeth pulled.
