I have been a patient at GDA for over two decades and have always been pleased with the care I receive from the staff. As a patient, I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and the skill of the doctors and hygenists. As a technophile, I not only appreciate the commitment to stay on the cutting edge with clinical equipment and techniques, I also appreciate the wi-fi access, text reminders, and online presence of the practice. Looking forward to the next two decades.
An appointment was scheduled with Dr. Susat to evaluate a broken molar. The office staff greeted me by name and I sat for a couple minutes until being called into an exam room. The hygienist took photos with a high tech camera which looked like a wand and answered my questions. Pictures were immediate and Dr. Susat gave me options for fixing the tooth. The best dental office I've ever been to. From start to finish; top notch staff & experience.
Dr. Susat navigated a long and complicated procedure involving deconstructing bridgework, root canals and new crowns in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. I couldn't be more pleased.
I came for my 6 month exam and cleaning and was greeted by the staff at the front desk. The girls are always very welcoming! Ginger also said hello.(sorry) I had a new hygienist clean my teeth. I forgot her name. She was very good and thorough and professional. I have no complaints. Glastonbury Dental Assoc. is a quality team and very computer oriented. They are very welcoming. I was taken into the procedure room at my appointment time. The doctor was delayed a few minutes, but the procedure went quickly with no problems and I was on my way. I have been satisfied with all of my care over more than 30 years.
April did a fantastic job, as usual!!!!!
I have beeb a patient of Dr. Scoles for more than 30 years. He is a great diagnostician, and quickly prescribes a course of treatment appropriate to my problem. I have recommended him to friends and acquaintances for all of the past 30+ years, and will continue to do so.
