Was excited to possibly live here. My Fiancé and I were going to try to live here- and we filled out the application and everything. When it was time to pay the application fee- there a charge on there for $150 for "Redecorating fee" No thanks.

Good Community, Be Careful I have lived in several different apartment complexes throughout my life; attending college and moving for my job. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. The community is nice and the neighbors were awesome but the way that the property was managed was very upsetting. Make sure to have a plan if you move here.
