In a few words: worst decision ever! To elaborate, the car battery was dead, and they couldn’t even get the door open to pop the hood. The salesman admitted the vehicle had been sitting on the lot for a long time. He showed me another SUV, but it had tire pressure issues. The whole situation felt sketchy—what seemed like their family members were constantly hopping in and out of cars and going into a storage shed connected to the building. It was completely unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I tried to buy a Jeep from them. The salesperson never followed up. I had a pre approval and was ready to make the drive to St. Louis, but never heard back from the sales person. I bought a vehicle elsewhere today.
