Better Service My service Rep was good, but there were some things left out that I needed to know. For one there was no sticker on the window letting me know when the next oil change should take place. In addition, my hub cap came off while they were rotating the tires instead of them telling Rep telling me over the phone. I found out when I picked up my car and the hub cap was on the floor on my passengers side. It could not be put back on because it was broken. Nice Job! Victor, was very polite and it was getting late in the eventing, instead of saying, you will need to come back tomorrow, he worked with the mechanic to ensure they could get it done in the same evening. I felt he was honest and helpful. Victor really helped change my mind about the dealership.

Service review I was told there was a recall on my vehicle and that it would take a few hours, but it ended up being less than two hours. I am not sure if the fixed the recall (passenger airbag) or just turned it off, because my car says the passenger airbag is off now.
