Customer service Very nice people. Very clear with the numbers. they explain in detail what I'm dealing with. Made me feel comfortable especially because I'm a first time buyer and I was very nervous at first.

Was a good overall experience Found a deal on cars.com. Went to the dealership and bought the deal. Was as advertised and I was satisfied. Also the financial department was zero pressure for addons, which I appreciate. Would give five stars but there was a miscommunication in that the car I bought was listed as new, but was actually used, and had been driven off the lot.

Good experience The service writer was very gracious about getting my car serviced despite the fact that I came in without an appointment on a very busy Saturday morning

Great, Quick Service! Eddie the service manager was extremely helpful in getting my Nissan Leaf serviced. I told him that I had recently gotten a ticket for not having my front license plate on. I had the frame, but I couldn't figure out how to attach it. He said he would take care of it and he did! No more tickets! Thanks Eddie!
