Great service! The person who helped me was super accommodating! I was in and out within the hour for an oil change, which itself only took about thirty minutes.

A great service experience Called service dept. and got same-day appointment. Then brought car in and prepared to leave it overnight. While waiting for shuttle home, my service advisor returned and told me issue was resolved. There was no charge for the service! I even enjoyed a complementary hot mocha in the customer lounge while waiting. A perfect service call.

Great service The courtesy and helpfulness of the service adviser (Josh) and the fact that my car was ready when promised. The waiting area for customers who prefer waiting for their cars to be serviced is clean, but a little too small for a dealership this size.
Great service Its 3 years I'm coming there for service and oil change. This time was the fastest ever ... The guy who was talking to me was very polite and nice. He tried his best and did the oil change and car wash as fast as ever. He , personally came to the main office and let me know that the car is ready because I missed the call. Overall I'm happy with this time service. I think his name is Eddie Gabrielyan, that I should say thank you.
Awsome Nissan Service around! My service manager Josh is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I do not go to any other Nissan service location but Glendale because of Josh's service. He is dedicated to his job and is awsome at communicating what my car needs. Very friendly and never gets stressed out!
Car repair &maintenance Josh Fuentes is very professional, explained what was needed to get done and cost and offer a loaner car so I would not have to miss work! Exemplary
