Excellent Customer Service!!!!!! Victor was so pleasant and helpful. He did everything he promised exactly when he promised to do it. Actually everyone was very pleasant. When I arrived I was on the wrong side of the building and a very nice young black man (didn't get his name) saw that I needed help. He came over and directed me to the service department. He said he worked in that department. The young man who brought my car to me was also very helpful and imagine my delight when I discovered that my car had been washed!!!... read more
Good Service. The customer service is good. The promise time exceeded; its understandable its a Saturday and very busy. The waiting area has complimentary coffee and popcorn. Car wash included after the oil change.
Great service! The experience Felt personable and comfortable. I Didn't feel rushed. They Gave me space when i needed it and answered all my questions.
