Glenn Urhlass went above and beyond in our entire loan process. He made us feel like we could ask him any question and he would get the answer if he couldn't answer it immediately. We are new to the area, moving from Tennessee and he realized that we were unfamiliar with North Carolina, so he would come to us to get the information he needed. He was there to the end of the process and even checked on us after closing. He's super at his job !
It was very easy and the prime we worked with were great.
